Here at Elegance Boutique we want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All Items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must include the original sales receipt.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods except for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly i.e.  edible goods, drinks, biscuits etc as per 13(c) of the distance selling regulations and products which have be opened or have date expired while in your possession.

On receipt of the goods we will refund the value of the order in full. You will receive an email confirming your refund within seven days of us receiving the return.


For all products, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours after you have placed the order with us. After this we may have already started to work on your order and even dispatched it.


In the unlikely event of goods being damaged, the purchaser must contact Elegance Boutique within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers are required to email us at providing details of the damaged goods along with a picture. Elegance Boutique will replace or refund the items concerned.
